You must be 18 years or older to enroll. You must provide accurate registration information, including your legal name and a valid email address.
The Pursuit is a 12-week group coaching program including live coaching calls, prerecorded teachings, workbooks, a private community group, and a pdf copy of In Pursuit. Call dates are provided upon enrollment and are subject to change; reasonable notice will be given if they do.
What is shared in this group — on calls, in the community space, or in any related materials is confidential. You agree not to repeat, screenshot, record, or share what other participants disclose, outside of this group, without their explicit permission. This group is built on trust, and that trust is part of what you're agreeing to when you join.
All materials provided through The Pursuit — including call recordings, workbooks, teachings, and any other content — are the property of Jessica Smarro Coaching and are protected by copyright. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own participation in the program. You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, resell, redistribute, or publicly share any program content, in whole or in part, without express written permission.
Program fees are as listed at checkout. If you selected the payment plan, you authorize continued charges to your payment method until the plan is paid in full.
All sales are final. Emergency circumstances will be considered on an individual, case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, it will be issued less any processing, banking, or service fees.
Coaching is a collaborative process, and your results depend on your own participation and effort. Jessica Smarro Coaching makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, income, or personal transformation from participation in this program.
Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please seek support from a licensed professional.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the group. Jessica Smarro Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the community or program, without refund, for behavior that is harmful, harassing, or disruptive to other members.
Jessica Smarro Coaching provides this program "as is" and disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Your use of this program is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
